Project Portfolio

First Effects Evaporator Relief Header
To alleviate ongoing HSE concerns, Rally designed a new piping system to extend an existing vapour relief line to the distillation containment area. A mechanical construction work package (CWP) was delivered with all relevant piping details.

Tank Farm Piping Stress Analysis
Rally performed a review of existing tank farm piping and completed a computerized piping stress analysis of the system. The system had been experiencing significant support movement and system leakage in high-stress areas. Rally issued a formal stress analysis report with recommendations for remediation.

Area Classification Review
Rally provided a detailed review of the Client’s existing area classification drawings to identify whether any changes would be necessary prior to installing new general-purpose electrical equipment in one of the facility’s operating areas.

Storage Tank Remote Operated Isolation Valves
Rally provided detailed engineering services and generated a CWP for the installation of new actuated isolation valves; they will allow operators to safely open and close the valves remotely via the existing plant DCS system.
